Ukraine

Vast and vaguely mysterious, Ukraine is barely known to outsiders despite being one of the largest countries in Europe. Long associated with Russia, it’s a country of varied landscapes and surprising cultural diversity. The Mountains spill over the border with Poland, Hungary, and Romania.
Italy

Italy is a Mediterranean country in the south of Europe. Its west coast is the Mediterranean Sea and the east coast is the Adriatic. Its highest point, in Monte Bianco, is 4748 meters. The mainland is a peninsula and Italy also includes the two large islands of Sicily and Sardinia.
Hungary

Hungary is situated in the eastern half of Central Europe and, with an area of 93,031 sq. km (35,919 sq. mi.), is one of the smallest states in Europe, Whips cracking and shepherds on the puszta, geese and dusty village roads, farmsteads growing paprika, water drawn from wells, smallholdings and country inns where visitors can savour the famous spicy goulash.
Cyprus

Cyprus is a country divided by the Green Line, offering the Turkish experience in the north and the Greek experience in the south. Mountain biking and hiking can be enjoyed all over the island while skiing is offered only on the northeastern face of Mount Olympus. Cyprus has a cultural heritage that can be found in the Greek temples, Roman mosaics and 15th century frescoes.
Spain

Spain is one of the world's great holiday countries; but it has much more to offer than its endless beaches and its southern sun. Its tourist attractions lie not only along its coasts but inland: not only world-famous sights like the Alhambra in Granada, Seville Cathedral and the monastery of Montserrat.
Greece

The Hellenic Republic is a country in the southern portion of Europe. It is in the southeastern corner of the European Union, and it is generally included in Western Europe. Greece has land borders with Albania, the Republic of Macedonia and Bulgaria to the north, and Turkey to the east. The Aegean Sea lies to the east of mainland Greece, the Ionian Sea to the west, and the Mediterranean Sea to the south.
